Positive: Friendly staff. Great food. Best hotel beds I've ever slept in.

Negative: Parking was difficult. Reserve parking with the hotel in advance. The hotel is located in a busy traffic area and the parking staff can be very busy, as a result you can be waiting for some time to have your car parked for you.
